I really wanted to like these, but after wearing them for just a short time, the pain kicked in fast. It was like my feet immediately knew this was going to be a bad idea. They might look fine, but comfort-wise, they were a disaster for me.

I had a small issue and reached out to customer service. They did get back to me and helped sort it out in the end, so I appreciate that. It just took longer than I was expecting, which was a bit frustrating since I needed a quick answer. Not a bad experience overall, but faster replies would definitely make it better.

I was actually ready to place an order, but once I finally got to checkout and saw the international shipping cost, I just gave up. It was almost as much as the item itself, which felt ridiculous. I was already annoyed from waiting through the whole process just to find that out at the end. They really need to make those costs clearer earlier, because it definitely wasn’t worth it for me

The craftsmanship is okay overall, but mine had a few small uneven spots around the handle. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed when I looked a bit closer.

I’m happy with my rephr brushes so far. I’ve washed them a couple times now and only noticed maybe 1 or 2 hairs come out, so that’s not bad at all. They’re not, like, absolutely perfect, but they’re way better than some other brushes I’ve tried. I’d give them 4 stars.

I picked up a few rephr brushes and, I don’t know, I wasn’t expecting them to make that big of a difference, but they really do. My foundation just goes on smoother now, and blush blends out so much easier, even on mornings when I’m half-awake and trying to get ready fast. They’re really soft on the skin but still grab product well, which is kind of the sweet spot. I bought them thinking they’d be nice to try, but I didn’t expect to reach for them this much...

The box showed up badly crushed, and uh, it made me feel like the product might not be safe to use. I wasn’t comfortable with how it arrived.
